Support and bugs
Something broken, confusing, or drafting badly? Tell us what you were doing, which browser you're on, and whether it happens on every post.
Email support@socialnib.comPrivacy and account deletion
Questions about what we store, or a request to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email from the address you signed in with and we'll handle it.
Email privacy@socialnib.comFeature requests and feedback
Something you wish it did, feedback on drafting quality, or telling us what a paid plan would need to include for you to want it. Same inbox, we read all of it.
Email support@socialnib.comQuick self-checks
Three things explain almost every report, and checking them first saves you a round trip.
No draft appearing in the box
Pre-drafting only fills an empty reply box. If there's any text in it — even a space — that's working as designed. Clear the box and click into it again, or press ⌘⇧Y.
Your session expired or was signed out elsewhere. Open the extension popup and sign in again; your settings and history are untouched.
“You've used all your free replies”
You've spent the free allowance of 100 generations. It's one-time, so it doesn't refill — subscribing turns generation back on. Replies already written for a post stay available.
Still broken? Include your browser and version, whether it fails on every post or just some, and anything the extension popup says.
