Support form

Send us a message

Fill this in and it writes the email for you — subject, browser, and the details we'd otherwise have to ask for. It opens in your own mail app, addressed to support@socialnib.com, and you press send.

The address you signed in with, so we can find your account.

What you were doing, what you expected, and whether it happens on every post.

This form doesn't send anything on its own — it writes the email and hands it to your mail app, so you press send and the reply comes back to you. Nothing here reaches us until you do. If your mail app doesn't open, copy the message and send it to support@socialnib.com.

Privacy and account deletion

Questions about what we store, or a request to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email from the address you signed in with and we'll handle it.

Feature requests and feedback

Something you wish it did, feedback on drafting quality, or telling us what a paid plan would need to include for you to want it. Same inbox, we read all of it.

Before you write in

Quick self-checks

Three things explain almost every report, and checking them first saves you a round trip.

1

No draft appearing in the box

Pre-drafting only fills an empty reply box. If there's any text in it — even a space — that's working as designed. Clear the box and click into it again, or press ⌘⇧Y.

2

Your session expired or was signed out elsewhere. Open the extension popup and sign in again; your settings and history are untouched.

3

“You've used all your free replies”

You've spent the free allowance of 100 generations. It's one-time, so it doesn't refill — subscribing turns generation back on. Replies already written for a post stay available.

Still broken? Include your browser and version, whether it fails on every post or just some, and anything the extension popup says.
