They never expire, and they don't come back. Google sign-in, no card, no trial timer. - All 20 tones, 2 shapes each - Pre-drafting, on by default - Keyboard shortcut drafting - Thread-aware context and the judging pass - Your voice, stack and house rules - History and favourites, stored locally - Light and dark, following your OS ### Pro — $8 per month **1,000 generations a month** — about 8,000 replies. Resets on the 1st. - Everything in Free - Unused generations don't roll over - Priority when the model is under load - Cancel yourself, any time - Support from the people who built it ## How the allowance works We count generations, not replies, and we try hard not to charge you twice for the same post. **Counts as one generation** - A batch of replies for a post you haven't generated for yet - Asking for a tone that wasn't in the first batch - A pre-draft that runs when you click an empty reply box **Costs nothing** - Reopening the table for a post you already generated for - Judging or re-ranking replies you already have - Inserting, editing, copying or favouriting a reply - A generation that fails — it isn't counted against you **When it resets** On Free, never. The 100 generations are one-time, so spending them over an afternoon or over three months makes no difference. On Pro, the 1,000 reset on the 1st of each month, and anything unused doesn't roll over. The extension shows what's left, and says so plainly when you run out. Pre-drafting generates when you click into an empty reply box, so a lot of stray clicks spends more than deliberate replying does. It matters most on Free, where the allowance never refills: turn pre-drafting off in settings and draft with ⌘⇧Y or the coral icon instead. ## No setup We run the model, pick it per post, and change it whenever a better one ships. That is a deploy on our side and nothing at all on yours. - **One sign-in, then nothing.** Google sign-in is the whole setup. There is no configuration step, and no settings you have to get right before it works. - **No credentials in your browser.** Your session token stays in the background worker, out of reach of anything running on the page. - **The model improves without you.** We pick the model that writes the best reply for each post. You get the upgrade without reading a release note. ## Managing your subscription Everything about a subscription is self-service, from your account page at https://socialnib.com/account or from the extension's Account panel. Both read the same server, so both show the same numbers. - **Subscribe.** Sign in with Google and check out. The plan switches over on its own once the payment clears. - **See your allowance.** How many generations are left, and when a monthly allowance resets. - **Cancel.** Stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. - **Pause.** Stops the billing and the drafting together, indefinitely, until you resume it. Not a cheaper plan — Pro is off while it is paused. - **Resume.** Undo a cancellation before the period ends, or restart a paused subscription. - **Invoices and card changes.** These open in our payment provider's portal, because they take the payment and we never handle card details. No email to us is needed for any of it, and there is no ticket queue in front of it. We do not offer refunds — the free allowance is the trial — but we always correct billing errors. Reopening a post you've already drafted for is free, and so is asking for a different winner from a batch you already have. ### How many replies is that? Free gets you 100 generations, so roughly 800 replies. Pro gets you 1,000 a month, so roughly 8,000. ### Does the free allowance reset? No — that's the difference between the two plans. The 100 free generations are one-time: they don't expire, but they don't come back either. Pro's 1,000 reset on the 1st of each month. ### Do I need a card to start? No. Google sign-in is the whole setup — no card, no trial timer, and nothing that turns into a subscription on its own. When the free generations run out, drafting stops until you choose to pay. ### What happens when I run out? New generations stop and the extension says why. Replies already written stay available, because they're cached in your browser. ### How do I pay? Card or UPI, through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details — the checkout happens on their side, which is the point of using one. Invoices and receipts are available from your account page. ### Can I cancel? Any time, from your account page at https://socialnib.com/account, without emailing anyone. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal so it lands before the next charge. You can also pause instead, which stops the billing and the drafting together until you resume. ### Do you offer refunds? No, and the free plan is why: 100 generations, no card, no expiry, so you judge the drafts on your own posts before paying anything. So we don't refund change of mind or unused time. Billing mistakes are different — charged twice or charged wrong and we fix it, always. ### Is there a team plan? Not yet. Everyone on your team can install it and use their own free generations. If you need seats or invoicing, email us and say so — that's how we'll decide whether to build it.
