# Socialnib — Contact

There's no ticket queue and no chatbot. Email lands with the people who wrote the
extension.

## Where to write

- **Support and bugs** — support@socialnib.com. Something broken, confusing, or drafting badly? Tell us what you were doing, which browser you're on, and whether it happens on every post.
- **Privacy and account deletion** — privacy@socialnib.com. Questions about what we store, or a request to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email from the address you signed in with.
- **Feature requests and feedback** — support@socialnib.com. Something you wish it did, feedback on drafting quality, or telling us what a paid plan would need to include for you to want it.

There is no X account, no Discord and no ticket portal. Email is the whole of it.

## Support form

https://socialnib.com/contact has a form that writes the email for you: pick what it's
about and your browser, describe what happened, and it opens your own mail app
with the subject and the diagnostic details already filled in, addressed to
support@socialnib.com. Nothing is submitted to us by the form itself — you press
send from your own mail client, which is why the reply comes back to a thread you
can see.

## Quick self-checks

Three things explain almost every report, and checking them first saves you a
round trip.

1. **No draft appearing in the box.** Pre-drafting only fills an empty reply box. If there's any text in it — even a space — that's working as designed. Clear the box and click into it again, or press ⌘⇧Y.
2. **"Sign in to continue".** Your session expired or was signed out elsewhere. Open the extension popup and sign in again; your settings and history are untouched.
3. **"You've used all your free replies".** You've spent the free allowance of 100 generations. It's one-time, so it doesn't refill — subscribing turns generation back on. Replies already written for a post stay available.

Still broken? Include your browser and version, whether it fails on every post or
just some, and anything the extension popup says.
